I really like all of the staff that works there because they are always smiling and trying to make you comfortable. I also like how I have never waited more than 10 minutes after my appointment.

Dr. Jones and her staff at Merrifield Orthodontics have been absolutely wonderful during my second attempt at braces! As a kid, I had braces, so I knew exactly what to expect going back for more in my 30s. Even then, the past year has been exciting and rewarding knowing that at the end of this journey (again!), I'll have the smile I've always wanted. Appointments have been quick and convenient with minimal waiting. In addition, the community outreach that the office engages in makes visiting the office more than simply "going to the orthodontist." Thanks for everything so far!
