From the first day, Dr. Jones and her team have been fantastic! They explained to my son (at the time, he was 9 years old) step by step what would happen, how each procedure would make him feel, what to do if something didn't feel right, etc. My son was comfortable the entire time, and I felt relieved by how easy the process was. We just finished the phase 1 treatment plan, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that we will have ongoing well-checks while he is wearing his retainers. We highly recommend this practice - everyone was fantastic!

Merrifield Orthodontics was great throughout the whole process of consultation, x rays, and getting fitted for braces and a retainer. They were recommended to us by a friend originally. They were very patient with my daughter and recommended waiting a while before braces, which we did. Other places were just interested in getting us fitted for braces right away and showed us payment plans, anxious to get our money. I appreciate Merrifield Orthodontics being different and doing what was best for my daughter.
