We had an amazing experience at Merrifield Orthodontics for Emily and Jason Sorto! From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and very professional. They were so patient and gentle with both of them, always explaining everything clearly and making them feel comfortable at every visit. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which we really appreciate. We are so happy with the care and attention our kids receive and highly recommend Merrifield Orthodontics to any family looking for excellent orthodontic care!

I like how they are careful when putting on braces. Everyone is nice and it’s clean. They have tvs for every chair and make appointments easy.
The chair was very comfortable and the braces don’t hurt. They did give me a pain eraser that wasn’t available earlier and it works well. It does feel funny but no pain. I got to watch a movie as well so I didn’t feel what they were doin. Overall it was a good time
We are just getting started, but so far the experience has been great! Dr Jones was great at helping my daughter understand what to expect. The staff is very professional and kind.
I like how everything gets explained before they do it. It helps me feel more comfortable about my braces on each visit. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I also really like grabbing a chapstick at the end of each appointment.
