From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed, provided clear and helpful analysis of our son’s situation and offered a clear path to treatment. The information from billing, to scheduling appointments , feeling comfortable and length of treatment was communicated clearly.

I had a wonderful experience at Merrifield Orthodontics and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care! They have amazing, kind staff that greet you, and always help you understand the treatment process thoroughly and clearly. They keep their office clean, and with minimal wait times. I definitely would recommend!
I like how they are careful when putting on braces. Everyone is nice and it’s clean. They have tvs for every chair and make appointments easy.
The chair was very comfortable and the braces don’t hurt. They did give me a pain eraser that wasn’t available earlier and it works well. It does feel funny but no pain. I got to watch a movie as well so I didn’t feel what they were doin. Overall it was a good time
We are just getting started, but so far the experience has been great! Dr Jones was great at helping my daughter understand what to expect. The staff is very professional and kind.
I like how everything gets explained before they do it. It helps me feel more comfortable about my braces on each visit. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I also really like grabbing a chapstick at the end of each appointment.
