I had a wonderful experience at Merrifield Orthodontics and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care! They have amazing, kind staff that greet you, and always help you understand the treatment process thoroughly and clearly. They keep their office clean, and with minimal wait times. I definitely would recommend!
Excellent experience with Dr Jones and her staff. Appointments were easy to make, little to no wait time after checking in for an appt, staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this practice for orthodontist services.

Dr. Jones and her staff are amazing! Our oldest had braces with Dr. Jones and now our middle child has them.
From the first day, Dr. Jones and her team have been fantastic! They explained to my son (at the time, he was 9 years old) step by step what would happen, how each procedure would make him feel, what to do if something didn't feel right, etc. My son was comfortable the entire time, and I felt relieved by how easy the process was. We just finished the phase 1 treatment plan, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that we will have ongoing well-checks while he is wearing his retainers. We highly recommend this practice - everyone was fantastic!
