They have amazing, kind staff that greet you, and always help you understand the treatment process thoroughly and clearly. They keep their office clean, and with minimal wait times. My son had horrible anxiety going in to his consultation and when his braces were put on his teeth. Dr. Jones and her staff took their time calming his down and clearly explaining every single step of the process. That made a huge difference. Everyone we’ve encountered so far in the office has been amazing
